Default Hormones
I hate them
I am so up and down at the miin i am making myself dizzy

Tried relaxing when i feel i want to rip my families head of and its not working
tried hot baths and wine to mellow me out when the rage becomes uncontrollable
If im not laughing am crying

Anyone else felt like this ?

or are they coming to take me away
