Racism is not an institutional thing, it's a personal thing. It's a irrational hatred of another race, because of their race. Racism is just as bad if one person does it, or a million. It's not a matter of numbers.

No, I meant the article was polarized. And I don't mean by the snowpocalypse of the NE US.
